This account is to products or service purchased by the Association at discounted prices (group purchasing) for repurchase by Association members other than lawn and garden or painting and siding. Examples could include power washing of driveways or bricks, or driveway replacement. Group purchases made for owners are coded as Group Purchase expenses and should reconcile with the Group Purchase Reimbursement Payments.. |
