This account is to be used for products or service purchased by the Association at discounted prices (group purchasing) for repurchase by Association members.
Examples of group purchases include the purchase of flowers, shrubs, and labor on community planting weekends. Group purchases made for owners are coded as Group Purchase expenses and should reconcile with the Group Purchase Reimbursement Payments. |
